Mr. Wani is a passionate lawyer with vast experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws (LLB) UoJ, Post Graduate Diploma in legal Practice (DLP), Rwanda and an Advanced Certificate in Mediation and Arbitration (at International Law Institute African Centre for Legal Excellence. He is currently pursuing an LLM in international arbitration.
He was trained in Both Common and Civil Law legal fraternity at Rwanda Bar Law School that enables him to plead before common law and civil law courts. He was called to The Bar and got admitted to South Sudan Bar Association (SSBA) IN 2017.
He is an Advocate of The High Court of South Sudan and All Courts subordinate thereto a Member of South Sudan Bar Association, East African Law Society and international Bar Association (IBA) He is a practicing Advocate with experience before the national and regional courts e.g. EAST AFRICAN COURT OF JUSTICE (EACJ), The AFRICAN COURT ON HUMAN AND PEOPLE’S RIGHT (ACHPR) and EAC / COMESA Treaty Law.
His areas of practice are; Commercial and corporate law, labour law, Constitutional law, Disputes resolution, Human rights law, International Humanitarian Law, Criminal defense, Family Law, Intellectual Property Law and International Trade.
an LLM from Riga Graduate School of Law, Latvia Europe. His area of
practice includes Labour Law, Land Law, Domestic Relations,
Immigration Law and Commercial law. He has interest and expertise in
International Law and Human Rights.
Lodule Was called to the Bar and he is a member of the South Sudan
legal Practice (DLP) ILPD, LLM Candidate), a trained attorney in both
civil and common legal tradition, a multilingual personality and a
lecturer of law on statutory interpretation and legislative Drafting.
