LODULE PETER LAKU/ Esq P A R T N E R

LODULE PETER LAKU holds an LLB degree from University of Juba and
an LLM from Riga Graduate School of Law, Latvia Europe. His area of
practice includes Labour Law, Land Law, Domestic Relations,
Immigration Law and Commercial law. He has interest and expertise in
International Law and Human Rights.
Lodule Was called to the Bar and he is a member of the South Sudan
Bar Association

BENJAMIN EKYOKUTANGAZA/ Esq S E N I O R A S S O C I A T E

Holds Bachelor Degree of Laws LLB (NU), Post Graduate Diploma in
legal Practice (DLP) ILPD, LLM Candidate), a trained attorney in both
civil and common legal tradition, a multilingual personality and a
lecturer of law on statutory interpretation and legislative Drafting.
At PALC, he heads the department of drafting, his areas of practice are,
Constitutional law, human rights law, Refugees and IDPs Laws,
international Humanitarian law, conflicts of laws and public
international law.
